Sul de Mato Grosso. 1 Cavalhadas; Taguatinga no Estado do Tocantins; Patrimônio Cultural Imaterial; Proteção; The city of Taguatinga do Tocantins, located in the interior of the State of Tocantins, has prominence and local, regional and state recognition, given the importance and relevance of the horseback rides that take place within the city's patron feast to Nossa Senhora D’Abadia. In the course of this scientific work, data was collected regarding the cavalcades that are staged there annually, when there is no impediment such as the case of COVID 19, which made the party in 2020 impossible. As mentioned above, the main objective of the present work was focused only on the cavalcades as well as bringing elements of a cultural and protective order, seeking to see in the cavalcades elements that contextualize the existence of an immaterial cultural heritage and, if so, if there is, in the case of the cavalcades of Taguatinga do in the State of Tocantins some public act of protection or recognition of this event, which are the cavalhadas. In this way, this research is attached to cultural geography, a discipline that allowed the approach of some main items such as culture and place, since both are part of the present dissertation work and how much social event, contribute greatly to the strengthening of the culture of the city of Taguatinga in the State of Tocantins. Regarding the methodology, the present research was guided by the qualitative approach, whose main techniques used form the bibliographic researches and the field research, research limited by the condition of the party that occurs only once a year and in the year 2020 did not occur in virtue of the COVID pandemic19. Even so in 2019 when the first and only trip to the field, for the reasons already mentioned, 12 interviews were conducted with current and former participants in the cavalhadas, which took place in two cycles, with only one ex-rider from the first cycle that took place at the end of the 30s was interviewed, the only rider of that cycle alive when interviewing in 2019. Such interviews were crucial to extract elements in order to find cultural actions and identities in the cavalhada as well as subsidize consultations about the existence of some public act to define or recognize cavalhada as a cultural heritage. Due to the pandemic and the non-occurrence of the party in 2020, some of these interviews took place through electronic media such as WhatsApp and electronic mail. Thus, we sought to extract feelings of belonging and local, regional and state reference that the party proposes to pass on, if these elements conform to the precepts of cultural heritage and, therefore, if there is any protection mechanism. 1 Mais ... In this sense, it was proposed to investigate which factors contributed to the expansion of the electric power generation from the wind power source in Brazil, based on the regulatory, fiscal and innovation policies that involve the sector, besides external elements and challenges that influenced its development. In this view, a exploratory-descriptive research was carried out, through bibliographical and documentary researches that contributed to the proposed study. This analysis took into account the global context of the wind power source, as well as the experience of selected Latin American countries (Chile, Uruguay, Peru and Argentina), which, like Brazil, have been highlighted in the region. From the obtained results, it was observed that among the main reasons that allowed the development of the Brazilian wind sector, it is highlighted: the creation of the Incentive Program for Alternative Energy Sources (PROINFA), which represented the kickoff for the introduction of wind power in Brazil; the changes in the structure of the Brazilian Electric Sector, which enabled the implementation of a competitive system of energy trading, the auctions; the investments in technology from 2008. Despite these advances, it was verified that Brazil was not able to develop a national industry of wind technology, since its policies had as main focus the creation of market. In this sense, important gaps have been identified, such as: (i) the lack of an favorable environment to Science and Technology; (ii) a mismatch between sectoral planning and current legislation (such as energy auctions and the absence of transmission lines); (iii) the limited supply of financing for investments in wind energy. In addition, it was verified that the reduction of wind energy prices in Brazil is mainly due to the international advance of technology and the global crisis from 2008, which attracted investors to Brazil. Finally, at the regional level, it was verified that Brazil is a leader in wind energy capacity and generation and has served as an experience for the countries of the same region 1 This study aims to understand the process of constitution of the National Campaign of Educators in the South of the state of Mato Grosso (1949-1963), through the creation and implementation of the Barão Gymnasium of Rio Branco, a secondary school in Campo Grande . The research has as main source of books of memories, biographies and autobiographies, which are crossed with other sources, such as: legislations, decrees, offices, newspapers and magazines, analyzed in the light of historiographical and sociological studies, especially those that derive from the work by Pierre Bourdieu. Taking this starting point, we intend to deepen the secondary education in the National Campaign for Free Education (CNEG), which took place in the national territory, and especially in Mato Grosso, with the temporal delimitation between 1949 and 1963. The National Campaign for Educandários Gratuitos was founded by Felipe Tiago Gomes with the aim of democratizing secondary education, for which idealized gyms for the "poor student". With the help of four gymnasts, he established the institution in Recife through legitimation in newspapers, the Campaign spread throughout the country and arrived in Mato Grosso. Oliva Enciso was involved in the institutionalization of CNEG in Campo Grande, establishing the first "free" secondary school gym, the Barão Gymnasium of Rio Branco. The study is close to the educational field in the delimited period, the agents involved for the institutionalization of CNEG, and the present symbolic power. The results indicate that CNEG contributed to the expansion of secondary education in the south of Mato Grosso, with the support of Oliva Enciso, as well as several agents, who had capital and symbolic power to legitimize the Campaign in the South of the state of Mato Grosso. South of Mato Grosso. 1 Violence against women has been considered a world public health issue for years, and the gender-based violence is its leading cause. Physical, psychological, and sexual aggressions against women may end in their death, usually by homicide. The intimate partner is, most of the times, the main aggressor. The objective of this study was to characterize the homicides of women, as well as describe the sociodemographic traits of the victims, from the occurrence of the homicide to its distribution in the seven sanitary districts of the city of Goiânia, Goiás State. A descriptive study was carried out with the data recorded on the System of Information on Mortality (SIM) between 2008 and 2015. The sanitary districts of the city with the largest number of female homicide were identified based on the variable place of residence of the victims. The secondary data were collected through the SIM, using the International Classification of Diseases, 10th review (ICD-10), for the classification of the femicides. A total of 376 homicides of women were recorded between 2008 and 2015, presenting an increase in its proportion in this period from 8.2% in 2008 to 12.5% in 2015. Most of the victims were young women at 20-39 years of age (57.5%), who were single, brown (61.1%), and had low education level (58.4%). Regarding the aggression means, firearms (64.0%) followed by penetrating or cutting objects (25.3%) stood out. The more frequent site of death occurrence was the public road (36.2%); as for the time, the months of January, April, and September, in the weekends, stood out. The sanitary districts where more female death due to aggression took place were Southwest (19.5%), followed by Campinas-City Center (17.3%), and Northeast (16.7%). Against the backdrop of the denominational status of network Adventist education present in a remarkable way in the school space and the intense religious diversity students, this research analyzes the relationship of possible tensions between the denominational school status and religious diversity present. It takes into account the process of modernity causing significant change in education, in religion and in the form of the two institutes relate to each other. It took into account the socio-economic and religious profile of the students and how is the reception of religious education in Adventist school space, including students who declare themselves Adventists. The area chosen for this research was the Adventist schools located in the ABCD Paulista context, which offer high school. These school units are located in the cities of Diadema, Santo Andre and Sao Caetano do Sul, cities located in the same micro region, but with different socioeconomic realities 1
