This research was developed with the objective to analyze the report on the practice of psychologists in approaches from alcohol and other drugs in health services CAPS AD - three municipalities of Paraná. Is part of a body of research3 directed to the monitoring and evaluation practices of psychology who hope to contribute to the training of professionals in this field. Six psychologists were interviewed, whose interviews were analyzed based on the framework of theory of subjectivity Luiz Fernando Gonzalez Rey (2003), and the foundations and guidelines of political of the Ministry of Health for Integral Attention to the User of Drugs (2004). The following indicators were constructed: Conception about the user, the design performance of psychologists Paradox of the proposed action PPAD4 regarding the needs of the person seeking the service; overwhelmed Psychologist and Proposed politic innovative optical designs for fraudulent practices and overcome. These indicators show that the professional practice of respondents is conditioned by economic, political and cultural factors present in public administrations in Brazil, driven by ideological models of municipal administrations which still work with traditional authorities clientelistic politics assistance, whose managers confuse the public with the private sector to meet their particular interests and affections. The study revealed: that the practice of these psychologists in the care of drug users is the perspective of clinical practice, the lack of multidisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity of team activities; contradicting the logic of psychosocial care; hierarchical disputes of knowledge / to strengthened beliefs and exclusionary values, behaviors that disregard the knowledge of community people and their peculiarities; worried dedicated and responsible action by action that reproduces overcome and contrary to the guidelines of PPAD conceptions. The work reveals the need for further training of psychologists to work in the area. |
