Resumo: |
The loosening of the prosthetic screws and screw the conical abutments are presented as a risk factor for prosthetic implant. The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of detorque screws, prosthetic and abutment screw tapered straight. In 18 patients were analyzed 10 and 8 jaws jaws rehabilitated by the All-on-four. The torqueamento 35 N.cm was performed in 72 tapered abutment screws and 15 in 72 N.cm prosthetic screws and torque. After 24 months of prosthetic facility, under the concept for immediate loading, held the destorqueamento the prosthetic screws and conical pillar. In tapered abutment screws in the jaw, there was an average value of 26.1 destoque N.cm pillars distal and 30.9 N.cm in abutments. In the maxilla, the average detorque for tapered abutment screws was 29.7 and 31.5 N.cm in distal N.cm in abutments. In prosthetic screws showed a mean of 11.3 detorque mandibular N.cm in distal screws and bolts in 12.6 N.cm intermediaries. Prosthetic screws torqued in the maxilla showed a mean value of 11.8 detorque N.cm in distal screws and 12.3 N.cm in prosthetic screws intermediaries. Conclusion: Within the limits of this study, we conclude that the screw loosening occurred in both the abutments as in prosthetic screws. The lowest value was found in the detorque prosthetic screws and distal abutment screws. From the results it is suggested that one should perform periodic retightening. |
