Bonies injuries are limited factors of individuals. They involve damages to health, together with economic-social order ´s problems. If the period of reparation of injury be long, the consequences will be proporcionally major. However, the preocupation in to abbreviate the period of bony consolidation becomes important. The search and development of techniques that objective to abbreviate the regenerative period of bony injury become necessary. Our propose is to study experimently, in animal model, the process of bony regeneration on stimulation of radiation by Arsenieto of Galio (GaAs) laser of low intensity. For so much, were produced injuries of 3mm de diameter, surgically, in the rats` tibia. Later 24 hours of surgery, the experimental group was treated with a dose of 3 Joules/cm2, in pontual applications, by ten consecutive days. The experimentation was achieved on the biotério from Lins Auxilium Salesiano Catholic University Center, SP (Unisalesiano), with a total 42 rats of lineage Albinus wistar, males, weighting between 200 and 250 grams, with about three months of age. The period of experimentation had have the duration of 14,28 and 56 days, since the surgery. To each period were used 14 rats, where 7 were treated with laser (experimental group - EG) and 7 weren´t treated (control group - CG). The verification of outcomes was made through an comparative histological and histometric reading of EG with the CG, in each period. This study suggests that the therapy the laser accelerates the bony reparation in beginning of your application, by increase of osteoprogenitors cells of periósteo , formation of cartilage in process of endocondral bonification and, consequently, of osteoblastos, important cells in the process of bony repair. The outcomes indicate an increase of bony trabeculs, of compact bony and of spongy bony, with the corresponding diminiution of hialina cartilage formed initially in the injury`s repair. |
