Resumo: |
Tumor of the breast is the most common tumor in bitches, and how to apprimorate the methods to investigative about its origin and development causes is a new research in order to unravel the mechanisms established by the body in an attempt to defend against this disease. The goal of this study was to investigate the expression of extracellular heat shock protein (HSPs) to the bone marrow and peripheral levels in bitches with mammary tumors, met in the Veterinary Hospital outpatient service of the Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, 40 samples were collected from these bitches, 20 were with mammary tumors, and were forwarded to mastectomy forming the group study, and other clinically healthy 20 bitches were forwarded to sterilization (O.S.H) elective (control group). HSP 90 kDa has been detected in 85% of the samples of peripheral level study group, 60% samples of the bone marrow in the same group and 35% of the samples of peripheral level control group. Another protein detected was the molecular weight 150 kDa, also regarded as linked to cellular stress, her expression was appear in 25% of the samples at bone marrow and in 75% of the samples at peripheral level group study. Generally, the results obtained demonstrate there is expression of sorological proteins linked to cellular stress both at the peripheral and bone marrow levels in bitches with mammary tumors, though we cannot say that their extra-cellular expressions are connected only at presence of tumor. |
