Resumo: Faced with the constant changes in the world, new management paradigms arise in order to increase the response capacity of organizations in the midst of complex and dynamic environments, such as agile methodologies. The significant increase, in the last 4 years, of philosophy in the academic and corporate environment has contributed to several sectors, including Human Resources. The present study demonstrates that the relevance of managing people within a context of agility becomes even greater, due to its performance and as a catalyst factor, in the dissemination and reinforcement of the organizational culture, thus sharing the agile values and principles for companies that are inserted or that intend to adhere to an agile context. On the other hand, it appears that concepts, methods, tools and structures are "loose" within HR, with no agile management model that in practice implements agile values and principles in the processes performed by the sector. Given this context, the present study aims to propose an agile management model for people management, answering the following research question: How to develop an agile human resources management strategy to support companies in the face of the rapid response capacity required by the Marketplace? For this, we used as a means of investigation: the bibliographic research of the field, combined with a systematic review of the literature and semi-structured interviews with 13 participants who work in an HR within an agile context. And, for the analysis of the collected data, concepts of Grounded Theory data analysis were applied, with the support of the MAXQDA software. Thus, based on the values, agile principles and the MAnGve model, the processes (develop, reward, attract, maintain, monitor and apply) were adapted and, thus, a structure, called MAnGve for People, was developed containing an organized set of processes, practices and techniques. In this sense, MAnGve for people is expected to contribute by guiding companies and Human Resources professionals towards agile people management.
