This study aims to build the entire theoretical basis for the understanding and use of the Sturm theorem, which is a tool very well grounded to find the number of real roots of a polynomial with real coefficients. During the development of this study sought to illustrate with examples and applications in great detail so that students and teachers are able to understand and use this beautiful algorithm. |
