Studies about the environmental education are more present in daily life, it is known the understanding of how important is the theme of environmental awareness in all its aspects and it can provide from that environmental education, an ecologically balanced environment, since the environment is an asset of common use and essential to a healthy quality of life. This research aims to examine how the implementation of strategies about teaching / learning on environmental perspectives is being discussed in the Middle-Level Technical Course in Legal Services in Distance Education mode, at the Federal Institute of Piauí. It was decided, in this context, by investigation essentially qualitative. However, also used descriptive statistics based on quantitative research. The questionnaires and interviews were used as data collection instruments. The questionnaires were applied toone hundred and eighty-two (182) students of Distance Education Polos Teresina South Area, Dirceu, Parnaíba and Floriano of IFPI. And eight (8) teacher- tutors linked to the course were also interviewed. Some data have shown to be of great importance to issues related to environmental awareness as a citizen practice as well as the relationship between theory and environmental practice as a factor sine qua non in the legal training offered by the course, the perspective, the effectiveness of the principles and concepts of environment education through interdisciplinary projects. However, it was identified that the curriculum of Middle-Level Technical Course in Legal Services in the mode Distance Education, it must be adapted in order to insert oriented courses specifically for environmental issues and related to the practice of professionals in Legal Services. Finally,among the results we have analysis about the necessity of actions to promote greater qualification to all of people involved in the teaching- learning processas conducting training or as instruments for performing actions. As research product was achieved the didactic material (digital booklet) with approach to environmental education in the Technical Course in Legal Services in the mode Distance Education context. |
