Resumo: |
The objective of this study was to determine the chemical composition and values of apparent metabolizable energy and apparent corrected by nitrogen balance of three feathers meals hydrolysed from three different slaughterhouses. 240 male chicks were used with 14 days of age, distributed at randomized design with four treatments and six replications, totaling 24 plots with 10 birds each. The treatments were composed of a reference diet (T1) and three test diets (T2, T3, T4) in the level of replacement of 30% of reference diet for each, feathers meal hidrolysed. The values in percentage of the chemical compositions of the three meals were: DM 91.0%, 91.5, 89.33; CP 87.09%, 86.0, 82.23; MM 2.93%, 2.80 , 3.1; true P 1.31%, 1.21, 1.38; Ca 0.24%, 0.28, 0.24; EE 2.14%, 2.54, 2.27; for meals FPH1, FPH2, FPH3 respectively. The values of TE, AME and AMEnwere: CE kcal/kg 5309, 5323, 15; AME kcal/kg 2869, 2785, 2780; AMEn kcal/kg 2641, 2554, 2653, from meals FPH1, FPH2, FPH3 respectively. The values of chemical composition and metabolizable energy of the three FPH are analyzed within the range of variation reported by various authors that make up the various food composition tables and can be used as matrix for the formulation of nutritional diets of broiler chickens. |
