Resumo: |
The textile industrial sector of Agreste Pernambucano has increasingly become a broad and attractive field for academic research, due to the fact that a significant amount of water resources occurs in the area and, at the same time, its location contrasts region that periodically suffers from water deficits. The objective of this work is to establish an index of water efficiency, for industrial buildings of jeans laundries, in the wild of Pernambuco. As methodological means, the industrial laundries of denim processing of the region of the local productive arrangement of the pernambuco agreste will be quantified, verified the water availability of the region through the surface, groundwater and water balance, water footprint was observed, observing the ability to capture rainwater and effluent reuse and analyzed water efficiency. In relation to the laundry studied, the water footprint was estimated at 530803.2 m³/month and the region has the capacity to capture rainwater around 164206, 24L in the month of higher precipitation. It has an ETE and makes water reuse for the initial washes of jeans. It was also possible to verify that laundry has a water efficiency of 40%, but wastes 60% of the water used per piece. |
