Resumo: The research discusses the appropriation process developed by young people who participated in the experience of socio-educational and sociocultural actions, and activities (ASESCs), while Social Education actions, which occur in the CEUs (Unified educational Centers) of the city of São Paulo – in this study the “CEU Butantã” (in the West Zone) and “CEU Navegantes” (in the South Zone). It seeks to analyze the impacts on the life trajectories of these social actors from a personal, family and collective point of view. It aims to reflect on the educational experience lived by young people and the narrative produced from there as a possibility of integral and integrative education, ethics and dignity to the young people in question. It also seeks to understand how knowledge and values are appropriated in this process of socio-educational and sociocultural mediation. And how this meeting transforms the human being who, in turn, can transform reality. For this research we will investigate the trajectory of young people between 15 and 29 years old, residents of the social environment of the community of the CEUs under study. After 15 years of implementing this social and public policy, is it possible to know how the young person appropriated the socio-educational and sociocultural activities of the CEUs and what are the impacts of this in their life trajectory?
