This work sought to analyze how the Brazilian state positions itself in relation the execution of sentences in cases of police raids before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in which he was convicted of violating the human rights, and how it acts in relation to those cases presented to Commission and the measures imposed on the Brazilian State, before judicialization by the Court. Based on these situations, we seek to understand where the problem of efficiently executing sentences and why the Brazil still faces problems when it comes to police incidents with hostile conduct by security agents on a repeated basis. Like this We seek, in a preliminary way, to study the role played by Commission and also by the Court, as well as understanding their respective responsibilities, how the work of monitoring Rights is carried out Humans, and how the implementation of sentences works in Brazil, to then we conclude and discuss the possible responsibility of judicial bodies or not, whether at the national or international level for enable the execution of sentences issued by the Inter-merican Court of Human Rights fully and effectively. This dissertation is inserted in the Constitutional Jurisdiction and Democracy Research Line, of the Master's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Passo Fundo.
