Resumo: This study aimed to assess the active traction force on offset double disc coulters, using no-till seeders. The test was performed in the experimental farming area of the Stara industry, in the city of Não-Me-Toque - RS, Brazil, in Rhodic Hapludox. The factorial experimental design 3x3x2x2 was used with three main treatments: offset double disc with angles of attack of 34°, 36°, and 38°; and sub-treatments: a) speed (4 km/h, 8 km/h, and 12 km/h), b) working depth (35 mm and 50 mm), and c) two degrees of spring force over the sets. The values of horizontal and vertical strain on the crop row were collected through a load cell coupled to the row and stored by a software for later processing. The results found proved that the interaction between speed and angle of attack presented significant difference for speeds of 4 km/h and 8 km/h, with the support of 34°. Considering the interaction between position and angle of attack, it was possible to observe that statistical difference only occurred with the addition of pressure on the support. It was also verified that increasing the angle of attack provided the reduction of strain on the crop row
