Resumo: The inclusion of virtual graphics in digital content is increasingly common in programs for television, film and internet. Such elements may be used as a creative tool by which new programs can be based, and may also reduce the cost of producing conventional digital content, since part of the scene (or sometimes all of it) can be substituted by these. The insertion of these virtual elements, however, is not a trivial task, involving technologies and concepts that are still developing. Graphic computer, computer vision, image processing virtual reality and augmented reality are some of the areas involved. The systems being developed for this purpose are called Virtual Studio. However, the use of Virtual Studios, in addition to the cost savings that may result in the generation of digital content requires a change in the production chain, for a more dynamic and optimized structure. Considering this context, this study aimed to develop a methodology that canbe applied in the generation of digital content, in view of the new features and requirements of optimized production chain. To test the validity of this methodology, there was the generation of a proof of concept, in the form of a pilot program, called Anatomy Lesson. It was used for this, the resources of ARSTUDIO system, which consists of a vritual studio with augmented reality prototype under development by the research group of UNESP/FC/FAAC. The results were promising and confirm the applicability of the proposed methodology
