Resumo: The performance monitoring of sugarcane harvesters along the crop becomes essential to ensure its functioning and to determine the adequacy of the product to better optimize the operation. In this sense, the aimed of this study was to evaluate the performance of harvesters sugarcane for a certain period of time in order to quantify the load profile conducted by the motor during harvest and operating efficiency. The experiment was conducted using four harvesters, and the data were collected by the network of interconnections between different parts of the harvester, can be characterized with active modules as master and slave with at certain times during the data collection. The analyzes were based on two distinct periods: 0-23 days without suitability of the product and 23 to 48 days with the appropriateness of the product manufacturer's standards. The FieldCruise monitoring tool proved efficient for managing the performance of mechanized harvesting, allowing analyze and make decisions to improve the energy efficiency of harvesters. The adequacy of harvesters to harvest operation because of the factors established by the manufacturers is fundamental for the process optimization. The harvester worked 3 time with 36% higher motor load profile than 90% may result in the use of FieldCruise and increased fuel consumption per hour for acting close to maximum power engine range. The level of optimization of sampling times within the pattern after adaptation depends on a set of dynamic factors, but the achieved values were similar in the four machines ranging from 57 to 69%
