Resumo: | Research indicates that a renewal of teachers in the formative model. This is because they end up apropriating very elaborate beliefs about the process of teaching and learning, but upon entering the daily work using a practical built from the experiences in their school years and the ownership of, usually traditional formative speeches. In this sense, the research investigates which the implicit and explicit knowledge of three professors of chemistry in office participating in a continuing education course offered by the Education Research Group of Chemistry, Targeted Research, Languages and Teacher Training, registered in CNPq and linked to Graduate Program in Science Education, Faculty of Sciences, UNESP Bauru Campus in partnership with the school of Education and Professional Enhancement (EFAP). It was found also, what similarities and differences between speech and action f teachers in the classroom. This was possible through the identification of Instructional Models present in the speech and action of teachers. Data were collected through an instrument developed by Novais (2009), the preparation of a Plan of Education and the observation of teachers' lessons. Through the data collected coulb be perceived that the teachers have trouble keeping a closer consistency between their actions and ideas expressed in writting. So, show, in general, take owenership of a pedagogical discourse produced, which is not reflected in a comprehensive and conscious in their activities in the classroom manner |
