Resumo: | This research, joint to Universidade Estadual Paulista‟s Post-graduate Program in Education, aims to comprehend, regards to reading strategies, the relations between practices and conception of a teacher and Linguagens, Códigos e suas Tecnologias: língua portuguesa (2013), a set of materials used in public Elementary and High Schools in São Paulo State. From this relation, a systematically planned class was suggested, in order to solve some problems faced by the observed teacher when using the material. Firstly, the theoretical branch which grounds the reading strategies present in the material was revealed, as well as the strategies were described. Later, the teacher‟s perspective regarding reading strategies was evidenced through lesson observations and, afterwards, it was checked whether the teacher whose lessons were observed was aware of the theory used in practice. After comparison of theory adopted by the material to the one used by the teacher, a systematic planned lesson was suggested, in order to present some solutions for the problems identified in the relation teacher‟s practice vs. material concepts... |
