Resumo: | The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of composite resins viscosity and the type of cure of the adhesive systems on the bond strength of direct composite resins submitted to artificial aging. Two hundred forty bovine incisors had the buccal dentin exposed by sandblasting papers and were included in acrylic resin. The smear layer was standardized by sandblasting papers (600 SiC, Fepa-P). The specimens were divided in 2 groups according to the viscosity of the composite resin used: Group GC: Composite Grandio SO, high viscosity and Group GF: Grandio SO Heavy Flow, low viscosity These groups were divided in 6 according to the self-etch adhesive used: FM: Futurabond M - light cured, FDCQ: Futurabond Dual Cure - chemical cured, FDCF: Futurabond Dual Cure - light cured, CS3: Clearfil S3 - light cured, CDCQ: Clearfil Dual Cure - chemical cured and CDCF: Clearfil Dual Cure - light cured. Resin blocks were build up on the dentin surface using a silicon mold. The specimens were stored in deionized water 37°C along 24 h and half of them were cut to obtain resin/dentin sticks (1X1mm) and the other half submitted to thermomechanical aging (300.000 mechanical cycles and 1000 thermal cycles) and lately cut to sticks. The dentin/resin sticks were submitted to microtensile bond strength test (μTBS) in Universal machine DL-200MF (EMIC) and the results were analysed by 3 way ANOVA and Tukey's test (α=5%). ANOVA showed signifficant statistical difference to the parameters: Adhesive (p=0,0000) and Thermomechanical aging (p=0,0001), as well to their interaction (p=0,0062). Tukey's test showed the results: Adhesive: CDCQ: 13,44 (±5,13)a; FM: 14,01 (±2,71)a; CDCF: 14,51 (±4,98)a; FDCQ: 18,66 (±7,13)b; CS3: 18,80 (±6,50)b; FDCF: 19,18 (±7,39)b; Thermomechanical aging: Aged: 14,99 (±6,32)a; Not aged: 17,87 (±5,97)b. The conclusions were: Composite resin viscosities and type of cure... |
