Resumo: The use of foliar products in order to increase the productivity of crops has been the subject of several studies in recent years. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of doses of a complex of micronutrients in three application times, with and without use of plant growth regulator on the productivity and quality of seeds on two bean cultivars. The experiment was conducted at the Experimental Farm of Education, Research and Extension of the Engineering College - UNESP, located in Selvíria - MS, in Fall / Winter 2013 with center pivot irrigation. The experimental design was a randomized blocks in 36 treatments obtained from the factorial 3 (times) x 6 (complex micronutrients) x 2 (with and without use of plant growth regulator). Times of applications were in V 4 stage (V 4-3, V 4-6 and V 4-9 ). The complex micronutrients doses were 0; 0.6; 1.2; 1.8; 2.4; and 3.0 L ha-1 Zn, Mn, Cu, B and Mo, with or without a biostimulant (0 and 1.5 L h-1). Seeds of cultivars IAC Formoso and IAC Imperador were used in 12 plant density m -1 . The culture was established on straw of Urochloa ruziziensis under no-tillage on 29 April 2013, at 0.45 m spacing between rows. Fertilization sowing was 250 kg ha -1 formula 4-30-10. Coverage was applied 50 kg ha -1 N using as source urea. The results indicate that there is variation in the response to the application of micronutrient complex on the bean depending on the time of application at various stages of development in the IAC Formoso and IAC Imperador; the result set indicate the V 4-6 stadium as the best time of application; the set doses for production and quality of seeds obtained indicate doses ranging from 1.0 to 1.5 L h -1 micronutrient complex; The increase was the same with and without application of the plant growth regulator; the obtained seeds have high physiological quality with high germination and high vigor
