Resumo: | The investigation aims to develop an analysis of the conflict arising from the demarcation of the boundaries between the municipalities of São João and Chopinzinho, and how the conflict affects the Alto Mirim community in its identity aspect. The municipalities are located in the southwest of the state of Paraná. Both are in a legal dispute over the possession of the territory inhabited by the Alto Mirim community. The research will make use of methodological procedures of a qualitative nature, contemplating the vision of individuals in the affected community, bibliographical review and documental analysis obtained from public bodies in the mentioned municipalities. As a result, it is expected to understand the reasons that led to the disagreement on the establishment of the limits involving the two municipalities, and what are the constituent elements of the identity of the subjects of the Alto Mirim community. |
