Resumo: | This study has proposed to analyze the social, political and cultural practices of the student movement of Paraná, through the documents from the Department of Political and Social Order of Paraná (DOPS / PR), which as an organ of public safety service, with the function to maintain political and social order, has produced documents about student actions considered likely to interfere in social organization, destabilizing it, so that, when convenient, it could neutralize them. Also stored materials by the own guarded movement, that were seized or came to the hands of this political police by other means. Materials that carry the possibility, even limited, of the vigilant view and guarded universe. Through the optics of the collection of DOPS / PR we looked for at identifying the ideology, the socio-political and cultural project, the dissemination practices, the demands, the internal and external principle of articulation and the organization of university students of Paraná, considered in this work as a social movement, during the pre-dictatorial period. These elements are articulated to the socio-political scenario of the beginning of the early 1960s, where we face several crises in the social-economic structure and in the ethical-political superstructure in which destabilized not only the material forces as well as the ideological, hindering the sustainability of bourgeois hegemony during the federal government of João Goulart (1961-1964), and along the state government of Ney Braga (1961-1965).This hegemony crisis unleashed dialectically the effervescence of popular groups, of labor movements, of field workers and student movements at a national and state level. The intention to unveil the surveillance suffered by the student movement of Paraná in this research contributes to elevate the importance of the social practices of the State and to bring out a regional fragment of the national struggle that was fought in favor of the wide structural reforms and of the democratization of the universities, defended by students, in the position of organic intellectuals, through the university reform, since the education was a necessary condition for the country development. |
