Resumo: This research aims to describe and interpret the ways of life, labor relations and forms of struggle that cross social relations of subjects that are hidden in the region: the field workers. This research covers the extreme west of Paraná, specifically the municipalities of Rondon and Pato Bragado, between the 1970s to the year 2012. During this period the fields of the region underwent a profound transformation process in order to produce, in labor relations and modes of life. What was called hegemony of "modernization of the countryside", a term which characterizes the process qualified as positive for the entire rural population. This process has been widely analyzed by different areas of knowledge, which sometimes reduced to the mere intensification of the use of technologies. However, it goes far beyond that and passes the relations between the reorganization of production, changes in work relationships and changes in labor law. Currently, the field is called capitalism in the agrarian bourgeoisie as Agribusiness, which is treated as something new, but that is the result of a process of transformation of capitalist relations. We also intend to investigate and analyze the ways to produce and work within the logic of what is called agribusiness
