Resumo: The frequent changes of scenarios constitute new challenges for the Cooperatives, making the environment more complex and competitive. Therefore, to achieve efficient and effective management, the organization needs to align results with strategic planning. The performance evaluation makes it possible to improve strategies and gain performance. In order to keep up with changes and trends, organizations invest in training to provide knowledge and develop new skills in teams. Corporate education, made up of training programs aimed at meeting the strategic needs of the organization, can be used as a competitiveness tool. Therefore, this research aims to build a model for evaluating the performance of corporate education in a Credit Union, based on the needs and perceptions of the manager of the People Management sector, through the Multicriteria Decision Support Methodology - Constructivist (MCDA-C). This research is classified as a case study, with inductive logic, exploratory and descriptive in nature, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, collection of primary and secondary data. For the construction of the Bibliographic Portfolios of Performance Evaluation in Cooperatives and Performance Evaluation in Corporate Education Management, the instrument ProKnow-C (Knowledge Development Process Constructivist) was used and for the construction of the model the Multicriteria Decision Support Methodology was used – Constructivist (MCDA-C). The construction of the model was based on information, perception and values of the decision maker identified through interviews and resulted in the identification of 85 Primary Assessment Elements (EPAs), distributed in 06 areas of concern. 52 descriptors were built with ordinal scales that were later transformed into cardinal scales for the analysis of the status quo, making it possible to identify compromising performances and recommend actions for improvement. This study contributed to the scientific improvement related to the performance evaluation of corporate education and performance evaluation in cooperatives. From a practical point of view, this study contributed to the manager and the Cooperative, providing a personalized tool to support management and decision making.
