Resumo: | This work aims to analyze the milk process production in southwestern Paraná since 1990, as well as the cooperativism crisis in the solidarity milk. As theorical and methodological basis, this research approaches the Actor-Network Theory (TAR). In this sense, to understand the Endogenous and Exogenous elements in the country development, as well as its interconnections, are fundamental to the comprehension of the milk production process in the region. Another important factor which deserves special mentions concerning about the milk production is the notion of the historic and geographical occupation process in southwestern Paraná, based mostly in familiar agriculture. |
