Resumo: | The current thesis is about the Credit Cooperativism of Solidary Economy directed to the Familiar Agriculture. The object of the study is the Cresol Ampere which belongs to a net of credit cooperatives formed by Cresol Baser, its Basis and Singulars. This net of cooperatives appeared in the southeast of Parana in the 1995s and nowadays extends to the entire state of Parana, of Santa Catarina and to the Southeast region of Brazil. The general objective of the thesis was to analyze the Cresol Ampere role as a credit cooperative for the socio-economic development of the familiar agriculture of the homonym municipality. The specific objectives are to present the historical characteristics of the cooperativism and its role as solidary economy cooperativism, the management model of Cresol, the profile of the members and its reflex in the family units. Through the research, we can say the management process adopted by the cooperative that is looking for efficiency in a democratic and transparency proposal, has permitted the cooperative to increase significantly its portfolio, with loan from public financial institutions, reputation and increase of its own ressources from the cooperative. In this sense, the cooperative has acquired respectability from the members and from the local public authorities too. The last years, the governmental actions and the social movement organisation of familiar agriculture in the southeast of Parana, have enabled the economic development of the familiar agriculture in the region. The philosophical viewpoint of local cooperativism is sustained by a model that values the participation of the members, an agroecological vision of environment preservation, a political participation of the member and the maintenance of an agricultural model of small property dedicated to food production market. These factors approximate Cresol to the practices of what we call solidary economy. We can conlude Cresol contributes to the economic, social and sustainable development process insofar as, through the credits, products and services offered to the members, it adds value and income to the familiar properties and these ones, in turn, can promote the sustainable rural development and can increase the movement of goods and products in the municipality |
