Resumo: Adolescence is a period of physical and emotional transformations, with sexuality as an inherent and fundamental component in people's lives and health. In this sense, knowledge about sexuality, sexual and reproductive rights are essential to minimize vulnerabilities and prevent, among other situations, early pregnancy, a frequent and significant event. Educational practices in health have a fundamental role and when carried out with the use of educational, pedagogical, and scientifically elaborated technologies, they tend to be more successful. This is a methodological research with an exploratory and qualitative approach, aimed at the production of educational technology in booklet format. Its general objective was to produce educational technology to address teenage pregnancy and, as specific objectives: to identify the perception of pregnant adolescents about the information needed to problematize the theme, giving sustainability to the construction of technology, to list themes about teenage pregnancy that will compose the content of the educational technology and produce a booklet to subsidize educational activities with adolescents. The study was developed in three stages and sub-stages. The first consisted of the exploratory study, approved by the research ethics committee, carried out with 30 pregnant adolescents, as sub-steps the accomplishing of structured interviews, aiming at approaching the universe of the target audience of educational technology and the systematization of the data obtained. through Bardin's content analysis technique, with identification of generating themes, which supported the construction of the booklet. The second stage consisted of a literature review on the subject, a moment linked to the exploratory study, which included the investigation of bibliographic productions related to the topics addressed, aiming to theoretically support the material. The third stage was the actual making of the educational technology to approach teenage pregnancy, as sub-steps the selection of contents for the booklet, when the systematized data of the exploratory study were taken, didactic-pedagogical creation of the material supported by the scientific and as a final moment, the presentation of the first version of the booklet. The educational technology was developed using texts and illustrations, seeking scientific and recreational support to better suit the target audience. After validation, it will be available in printed and digital versions. The use of the booklet can contribute to raising awareness and understanding of the topic addressed with the target audience, in addition to being a support material for professionals who will carry out educational practices in health. It is necessary to understand sexuality as a present and striking element in adolescence, in this sense, the strategies proposed using technologies as a form of education is not to hinder adolescent impulses, which are part of human nature, but to intervene so that when human and sexual interactions occur consciously and responsibly
