In the present study, through the concepts of Imaginary and Cultural Heritage, is analyzed and interpreted the stories built on the "Gasa House" and its former owner, based on the existence of curious stories about this space. This study provides an overview of the object under study, as well as the presentation and discussion of the imaginary created about Heribert Hans Joachim Gasa and his house in the formation of a Cultural Heritage in the city of Marechal Cândido Rondon. To develop the research was carried out a bibliographical revision of concepts related to the subject, like Heritage, imaginaries and Memory, and research in different sources about House (magazines, books, newspapers, websites, etc.). This research is justified by the expressiveness of the property which, although closed to the public, keeps in itself a significant historical and culture. The Gasa House may be consists as a place of memories, or according to understanding of Pierre Nora, a "place of memory". To this end, some aspects will be discussed especially, seeking to awaken thought-provoking stories than over the years permeated the "Gasa House", characterizing it as Material and Intangible Heritage of Marechal Cândido Rondon, through analysis of imaginary.
