Resumo: | This work aimed to implement and evaluate the results of the OKR Methodology (Objective and Key-Results) in the company Beta. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that at the end of the process, it was possible to identify the achievement of 100% of the objectives defined for the month of December 2022, as well as in January 2023. In the month of February, the achievement of 99% of the objectives was observed. In March, it was possible to identify an evolution and achievement of 96% in the expected results. This study is expected to open up possibilities for the implementation of OKRs in different companies and segments, in addition to the technology area, which is already widely used. A study of the implementation of management panels, dashboards, among other BI techniques, is also suggested, to meet the organization's expectation in improving the collection and visualization of information and indicators, thus facilitating the management and monitoring of defined goals and objective |
