Planejamento estratégico: aprimoramento de gestão em incubadora de empresas

This work had the objective of analyzing the current scenario and elaborate strategic planning for the Technological Incubation Center (CIT), of Cascavel-PR. The methodology used was the collection of data through documentary research and unstructured interviews with the CIT employees where strategic SWOT and CANVAS tools were applied. Data analysis was qualitative. The results of the SWOT matrix and CANVAS presented of weaknesses insufficient financial resources, absence of collection mechanisms for graduation of incubated companies, break of management by political transition, lack of information on the financial and marketing development of the incubated companies, low investment in markting , absence of strategic planning, among others. In turn, was verified as strengths adequate infrastructure, administrative support with committed and motivated team, solid partnerships with SEBRAE, UNIOESTE, among others. In view of the construction of this scenario the strategic planning for CIT was elaborated, and strategies were proposed that jointly contemplate the threat and weaknesses minimization, as well as the potentialization of opportunities and strengths. It was also suggested financial projections that demonstrate the plan's ability to generate desired results, such as the definition of strategic indicators to control the development of the organization's actions. As a suggestion of future research, it is recommended to monitor the development of CIT strategies, noting their financial progress through the strategic indicators demonstrated, as well as the number of graduated companies. It is also recommended the expansion of research with the incubators of the CIT in order to verify the reality experienced by them and sought to validate the information collected in tooling.
