Resumo: Brazilian agribusiness has become increasingly representative in the country's economy, expanding its borders to the whole world. This expansion requires agribusiness organizations a high level of effectiveness in their management, with the use of specialized techniques and tools to do so. This was the path taken by Coopercitrus Cooperativa de Produtores Rurais, an agricultural cooperative in the Bebedouro-SP region, which implemented its Business Intelligence project from January 2014. It is also known that any organization has a balance between the three perspectives (economic, social and environmental) of sustainability, also known as the three pillars of sustainability, and it can be inferred that the implementation of a Business Intelligence tool can contribute to the management of these perspectives. In this sense, the present work sought to identify how the Business Intelligence project of Coopercitrus can contribute to the management of the three pillars of sustainability of the cooperative. The study proposes a descriptive and qualitative research, through a case study in Coopercitrus. The result of the research assists in understanding the results that Business Intelligence projects can bring to the sustainability of agricultural cooperatives, since it validates the importance of the Business Intelligence project for the deployment of Coopercitrus strategies in effective actions, and also its monitoring. The tool has shown that it contributed directly to the economic development of the cooperative, whose increasing results also support the actions connected to the social and environmental pillars. This result can serve as a reference for other Brazilian agricultural cooperatives that have interest in increasing management tools seeking their sustainable development
