The theme of this essay dissertative focuses efforts on the analysis of current phenomena emerged primarily by three concepts: Technology, Expression and Meaning. Technology understood as the conceptual basis for understanding the phenomenon known as ICT (Information and Communication); Expression understood as the conceptual basis for understanding the phenomenon on the road, sense (direction), the historical process and its consequence in the now; meaning as the conceptual basis for understanding the phenomenon linked to the impact of changes, especially after the 1990s in education and society. The aim is to discuss the development of creative educational practices and eager to build knowledge relevant to the world of work, the subject of emancipation and citizenship, coupled with the processes of training and constant learning through the exercise of dialogue and respect for differences, cultural diversity, contributing critically and constructively with their environment. The theoretical support is the explicitness of a building of meanings based on the new hermeneutics in favor of educational practices and the construction of knowledge relevant to the educational process educational, cultural, professional and citizen. Finally, from the design of a hermeneutic phenomenological oriented epistemology, it is intended to reflect for observing creative proposals qualification of educational practices in the universe aimed at teaching enable him to treat the subject constitution emancipated. |
