It was based on the understanding of user experience and its measurement techniques, mainly Experience Sampling Method (ESM) that was adopted in the platform. A bibliographic research was carried out with the purpose of verifying related work in the research area. Then, a model was designed with the purpose of structuring the units of registration, transmission and collection, storage and correlation of data. A platform was developed with a Web platform management system, a mobile application, a database and a Business Intelligence tool integrated by a Web Service. To verify the potentialities of the platform, a two-month experiment was conducted with 148 students. The presented results guarantee the measurement of the students' experience, allowing to identify possible need for methodological changes and improvements in the infrastructure of the course or University. At the end of the experiment, a questionnaire was applied to evaluate the platform, the result of which shows that it was quite satisfactory. From the present study, it is concluded that the use of measurement techniques of user experience when practiced within the educational context and using web technologies reveal rich results for academic managers decisions.
