The society interest in do part of a group, take part of decisions and of have part of result, has if expanded in the lasts years in Brazil and all over the world. We watch, in the current days, to the associations constant creation, organized actions, groups and communities, among others, with intuito of finding forms of taking part of the decision outlets in the environment to your return. The community participation in the school administration is a process in whose planning, production, administration and usufruto DOS goods produced, community's several school segments (parents, students, teachers, employees and managers) have part. The empiric research accomplishment of this work tried to identify and to analyze, through the method study of case, the participation school community dimension in the administration, establishing like main focus the School Development Plan, for being a built planning instrument collectively by the School Board. It intends, to depart thence, deepen the existing knowledges concerning the community's participation in the context organizacional. We introduce, in this work, concepts related to the participation, as well as to the mechanisms (goal and subjective) that complicate people's involvement of in processes participation. We board also the call administration participation efetivação attempt at work developed by Educação's Municipal Secretariat and Cultura de Salvador, in the sense of accomplishing the legislation by the democratic administration establishment at schools.. Between obtained results, we highlight the direction efforts to the schools in consolidate community's school participation, like forms of if it repairs the misunderstanding, also identified in the research, of if it considers participation as the mere act of summoning people, give them seat in a room or in an advice and to communicate them that must do. Or then, just recruit the people and to ask them of what they need, or that think regarding school subjects, for then to reserve negligence to that was going told, or to execute just actions assistencialistas. The delineated picture foresees, finally, the fact verified for this dissertation that community's participation in the schools administration Salvador's municipal public is in ripeness process, because although your community exercise right influence in the decisions, the power still continua concentrated in hands of the directors and teachers. |
