Distance Learning have gotten a new perspective since the introduction of the new technologies of information and communication. In recent years they have been the area of education that the most grows in the world and that becomes the greatest hope for the democratization of graduation courses. Brazil public politics stimulates this modality within the institutions of education around the country with the intention to extend this path to the graduated courses. Several Institutions in Bahia have adopted this modality. This work, guided by the methodology of a study of multiple case, verify the models implemented for the IES of the Bahia has reached success by the growth of the access to superior education in the state through the flexibility given to the pupils regarding the place and schedule of study, besides availability of the pedagogical tools of mediation, also supported for the new technologies of information and communication, in the places where actual education does not arrive and for the practiced price. |
