Resumo: |
Studies on the information strategic management have received increasing attention because of the exponential growth in the number of data sources, making dificulties the retrieval of information. For cause of on the problem installed, come is the need to manage knowledge, so that it becomes accessible to those who need it. Despite the efforts of industry towards an improvement of systems electronic document management (EDM), are still recorded many failed attempts of these systems. Such frustrations are due mainly to lack of planning and the use of generic methods that do not meet the needs of a system of EDM. For this, studies are being conducted in order to identify methods and processes best suited to manage and deploy systems EDM. In front of exposed, although there are great difficulties in the attempt to establish a common sense of the domain experts for the representation of knowledge, thus hampering the recovery and reuse it. So, in order to unify the conceptualization of the various aspects of a given domain of knowledge, allowing the exchange and reuse of information, many studies propose the use of ontologies in knowledge representation. In this light, this study focused on the proposal of a specific infrastructure for the deployment of an EDM system, using ontologies to support the acquisition and representation of organizational knowledge necessary for the documental management. The process proposed presents, such as differential, the suggestion of domain ontology construction and the use of Organization Ontology and of the Ontology Document Management in helping to set the Documental Management Model, fundamental artifact to the documental management of organization. Thus, this work is fundamented on the fact that the use of a formal syntax and semantics, with the definition of concepts, properties, relations and restrictions, enables for the removal of ambiguities and inconsistencies, allowing for adequate recovery of the knowledge managed, that results in gains on the adequacy of the EDM. To fundament the proposal is made in literature about the management of organizational knowledge explicit through the adoption of EDM systems and about the representation of knowledge using ontologies. |
