The Tourism activities have been developing in the world scenario as a new and promissory sector to generate work and development of its activity. Now we do understand that this Tourism Activity has not been succeeded by its principal people involved in its tourism realization with its full potential and complexity. Generally we understand and agree that the Tourism Activity have the capacity to generate new job opportunities and growth. This is indeed a new source to place a new enterprise in development. All enterprises originated by the tourism activity, its associations with the development of this primary activity (The Tourism Itself), has been maintain by its secular institution of exploration without responsibilities of the cultural and social values, without taken in consideration the real necessity to maintain the values and it s way of life and the land itself. To look for this new kind of Tourism Activity (find unexplored place, wild places, old social costumes and people native of it s land) are an reality and a pure tendency of this new kind of Tourism in the new world. They are looking for the exotic without taken the precaution to maintain and preserve the way of life and the culture of the people. (It s natural and genuine inhabitants) The looking for the new tourism segment (very few visit places, unknown places) are certainly the most promissory activity of the new world tourism these day. On this topic (The new form of the tourism development in secular areas, underdeveloped areas in Brazil due to the Government Land Reform Act), we are trying to make a study of its implications inclusive how this new form of Tourism and its Activity could affect the social and political implications inside the Brazilian context (historical and social). Showing the changes that will affect it s people, culture and the economics with the relations and co-relations of this new form of Tourism. The Assentamento da Pancada Grande Project, herewith on this study, is located in the County (Municipality of Itacaré, Bahia, Brazil) have its all necessaries grounds for studies originated within its own space and changes. It will not be understood as only a visitation place to the Tourism Industries but will be seen as a new form of study with its full compatibilities to make the right change in order to develop this new kind of economical and tourism activity. Bringing to this Tourism Site a new beginning to solve and expand it s own Tourism Activity always looking for the best way to improve the quality of life of its people and the land. |
