In the Brazilian agricultural sector, there is a historical concentration of land properties. Some proposals of public politics had been made to solve this problem, which the main was the agrarian reform. This reform intents a fair distribute of the land possessions and population around the countryside. This will permit to create, at the territory of its application, better work conditions that increase production and internal consumer, besides helps to improve the number of families at the region. The agrarian reform could be a social tool to income distribution farther on an alternative for food production expansion. Meanwhile, the model of agrarian reform already in use, based upon land distribution and loan without a planning or supervision, will not produce the expected results. The rural nestings are the biggest labs about the construction of identities and perception of build in society relations. It is a mistake if the analysis of development at the nesting only see the economics aspects and least the social transformations. Therefore this work is a contribution to understand the people inclusion in the social and economics at the rural nesting.
