Resumo: This study aimed to contribute for the discussion of organizational learning through practice of community to dissemination of knowledge and social networks with the motivation of individuals to influence both their actions and results. Thus, with this discussion of emerging and recent issues in Brazilian literature (community of practice, 1991 and social networks, 1990) has sought to the main objective of thise study: to analyze their influence on the construction of the education program in management courses, higher education with the largest number of institutions and students in recent years. The collected primary data indicate that the stage of practice is the most latent among the institution's management of professors in the study, which reinforces the importance of taking advantage for the preparation of PPC, combining the importance of the identified social networks. After the survey of the network of relationships between and among the campuses, using the Ucinet for its construction, we see again the presence of organizational learning as a link with the construction of PPC. If in the one hand the existence of formal structure shows the connection of the actors, on the other has noted the importance of informal structure, strengthening the teaching of organizational learning. Thus, this epistemological interpretive study came from the assumptions of a reality constructed by the actors, while taking their interference in the environment where they live as the interference of the environment in their experience in order to contribute with the PPC building process in management courses.
