This study presents the floristic survey of Papilionoideae (Leguminosae) species in the Panga Ecological Reserve, located in Uberlândia, in the Triângulo Mineiro region. Materials collected from the study area and deposited in herbaria were analysed, and collection excursions were carried out from August 2022 to October 2023. Sixty-four species and twenty-four genera were catalogued, with sixteen species being endemic to Brazil. The most representative genus was Desmodium, with eight species, followed by Crotalaria with six species, and Centrosema, Machaerium, and Stylosanthes with five species each. The least representative genera, each with only one species, are Poiretia, Ormosia, Platypodium, Bowdichia, Dalbergia, Vatairea, Macroptilium, Rhynchosia, Bionia, and Cerradicola. This work includes descriptions, comments, photographic plates, and identification keys for the recognised taxa.
