This research seeks to comprise part of industrialization process that happen in Tres Lagoas City from mid decade 1990, motivated by the supply of cheap labor, herewith the fiscal incentives maked available by municipal and state government. With the advent of factories from 1997, emerge a differentiated dynamical at quotidian life of the city, putting the local worker face to new conditions of life and work. In this setting that interlace young workers inexperienced and workers that have experience of manufactory labor being the latest who coming to Três Lagoas City following the factories - will be forged a new way of life in the middle of exploration forms of labor factory. By means of a review of the production scenery, delimitating the appreciation in the actions maked by the textile manufactory workers, it is possible to understand how is being built the labor relations setting, driven by virtue of the logic of the industrial capitalism, and how have reacted the agents inserted in this process to try smooth the weight of changes in their lives.
