Resumo: | Within the several tools created in order to promote a repair on the stains that were left by the civil-military time, the stablishment of the “Comissão Nacional da Verdade”, at the year of 2012, was consolidated as a mark at the justice of transition in Brazil. Its stablishment was responsible for an intense debate between the opposite and the favorable ones, these groups, presented as at the civil society as at the restrict state, comprehending the most variable private devices of hegemony, this conflict hadn’t come to an end even with the deliver of its final report on december 2014. The Military Forces don’t stay alien to the methods of the comission, being opposite to its work and not collaborating to the advance of the researches. Having as a backdrop the politic quarrel between the Military Forces and the CNV, it is made an analysis at the act of the MF at the Republican History, and, consequently, its relation with Brazilian State. At the same time, it’s seen the legal permanence derivated from the ditatorial period and how they helped at the consolidation and the acting of a “Military Party”. From the concepts made by the italian philosopher Antonio Gramsci, the work wants to scrutinize how the relation between the State and the Military Forces can have been a limitating factor to the results shown by the “Comissão da Verdade”, as well as the advance of the schedule that refers to “Truth, Memory and Justice”. |
