Resumo: The purpose of this work stemmed from concerns brought to the clinic before the presentation of a psychic former called Paradoxical States, whose manifestations of the symptoms did not allow his insights into diagnostic model practiced by the clinic in which he was apprehended, since such former indicated productions concerning the subject both to autism, such as psychosis and neurosis, not allowing their inclusion within one or other structure. During the work conceived that, before addressing the understanding of the productions articulated by the subject, the issue of Paradoxical States was linked to the model differential diagnosis. From this time there were several changes in order to cover the clinic and in the own reading about the Paradoxical States. Clinic stands out as the character variant transformation of its constituent elements including the discussion of intersubjectivity especially in the analysis of family dynamics and socio-historian-cultural time. From the Paradoxical States, built up the notion of his approach as a possible clinical situated to the psychopathology in childhood befitting the clinics of the emptiness of contemporary society. And yet, the subject perusal in Paradoxical States clinics by studying its production in speech and actions has changed as the departure of the initial model diagnosis, leaving their place as structural vacillation to a unique form of entanglement highlighting its ability articulation of the registries symbolic, imaginary and real. So with the help of the second Lacanian clinic through the horizontalization approach of the subject s production by the three registries, it was possible to understand their joints as the presentations made in the form of parental non-implies, absences, deletions, confusional states, automatism and echolalia.
