Resumo: The set of innovative technological solutions, together with the advances in media and information, have led to studies focused on the field of computer graphics and mainly to the development of interfaces which allow direct user interaction in a more natural way. This made possible the development and use of Virtual Reality (VR) systems and their use can be found in several areas of knowledge, especially in education and training. This study aims to implement a Model of Educational Affordances for Three-Dimensional Learning Environments. In this context, Affordances can be understood as the perceptible possibilities of action in the environment for the user. In the pedagogical area, the concept of Educational Affordance is understood as a set of orientations of interactive elements present in the educational environments that allows the best development in a learning task. For the structuring of the model, we followed the methodological procedures of Design Science Research that seeks knowledge through the construction of artifacts. These were the basis for structuring a model that integrates studies about specific usability for environments with emphasis on education and training, pedagogical theories, users' cognitive profiles, as well as cognitive load theories and Educational Affordances related to environments supported by VR technology. Thereafter, has been created for implementing the Affordance Model for Three-Dimensional Virtual Learning Environments (S_MAAVA3D) having a database system that reflects the relationships that the model proposes, resulting in tasks suitable for such environments. In addition, MAAVA3D has been corroborated by its obtained metrics, through a proof of concept, based on its proposals for pedagogical interventions in three-dimensional virtual environments based on VR technology.
