Resumo: This study is in line for Research on Public Policy and Management Education and has as central theme the restructuring of the teaching work and its developments in teacher training courses focused on pedagogy course of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). The aim was to analyse the changes in teacher training courses of UFU, specifically in the course of teaching, and how this course has covered issues relating to the restructuring process of teaching work in the context of policies for teacher training in Brazil. The study characterized himself as a literature search and documentary, qualitative approach and analytical character-critical. For the study examining the Educational Project of the Course of Pedagogy of the UFU and documents in national and institutional framework, which guided the redrafting of training courses for teachers and in particular the reform of teaching the course of UFU as opinions, Resolutions, Memoranda of Internal Faculty of Education (FACED), Acts, Ordinances, Cards of subjects and course plans. How categories central guidelines of the study elected the following dimensions: the relaxation, the insecurity, the professionalism, regulation, deregulation and disqualification. Our analysis enabled us to see that especially the disciplines that make up the Center for Education Policy and Management, covered discussions on the restructuring of the teaching work and that the course of Pedagogy of the UFU, in addition to addressing the legal guidelines of the MEC has sought include discussions that promote the reflection on the process of formation of the educator and their working conditions even though they appear fairly concentrated in the Core Policy and Management Education.
