This research analyzes the spatial reticular dimension of the two operators of electronic payment cards Policard and Valecard, whose capitals are uberlandenses , to show how these organize, by means of the locations (network nodes) and the resulting interactions, their performance space from their horizontality, verticality and the process of territorialization, rescuing the spatial diffusion of these corporations. The scope of the study starts from the appreciation of the national financial framework, its technical and regulatory evolution emphasizing the imperative of the set of rules that made it possible paths to the financialization of the national territory, the marked trend towards concentration-dispersion of financial intermediaries. Regarding the new financial techniques and practices, it has become essential to the financial sector the development of a technical-scientific-informational, whose reticular techniques were largely assimilated by the financial corporations, actors eager for immediacy and simultaneity. The informational techniques did expand the market for electronic payment cards, to the point of this mechanism become trivialized and extremely present in the daily lives of people. The market for electronic payment cards in Brazil confirms the trend oligopolistic of the national finances, from the strong market concentration in a few national and global hegemonic actors that end up dictating the general trends of this segment. The concentration of the control activities regarding the electronic payment card is notorious, stating the condition of the city of São Paulo as the great center of territorial management of financial activities in the country. In the face of the box concentration of the actors and the space command financial activities stands out, in the segment of electronic payment cards, the actuation of multilocated corporations Policard and Valecard, that by the operation agreements with partner companies, provides electronic cards in format for employee benefits or the internal organization of business spending convened. Mainly, the consolidation of the city of Uberlândia as a business pole, regarding the installation of industries and diversifying its tertiary sector and its companies, is the key element of horizontality firmation of corporations Policard and Valecard. The diverse market uberlandense also represented the basis for setting their verticality, which began to occur through the spatial interactions, in view of the nature of its service rendered of financial intermediation and established links with a wide range of economic agents.
