The present work supports the proposal of using a Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) Moodle, technological resource of EaD, by the Associação Comercial e Empresarial(ACE) of João Pinheiro, MG. It is a means of providing information and training to the organization's publics, in which it is possible to make available and develop different formats of EADs or semipresential courses, as well as to publish news and information of interest to the institution. The following report contains the theoretical basis on related topics (organizational communication, corporate education, EaD, Moodle, among others), description of Espaço Apreender, name given to the product, methodological procedures adopted previously and in production, as well as the feasibility and applicability Of the proposal.
