Resumo: The present study aims to discuss affectivity as a factor of protection to family entities, listing the institutes now oriented and highlighting the need for more and more affection to be a preconquering element of family demands, as a preponderant factor for the future consequences of Family Law. Through the deductive and argumentative methods, research begins with the generality of family models and reaches affection as value and vector, drawing a parallel between the family models and the respective incidence of affection, noting the mismatch between the rapidity of social changes and the corresponding stagnation of the law, failing to keep up with all the news and generating distarte damages and injustices in relation to relations not protected by law, but of great social relevance. In the end, it will be concluded that family entities need to be protected more by the principles of legislation than the legislation itself, given that in the context of the family new social models of family entities have emerged and emerge, formed in the absence of legislation and which generate claims of legal effects arising from any family, causing their members to have to assist the judiciary to see the rights recognized and protected.
