Arborização urbana e cidades saudáveis: índice de supressão arbórea no sistema viário e sua influência na valoração do imóvel comercial

The cities have their typical characteristics, requiring its afforestation be perpetrated through an idealization that considers the species in the region. However, there are many difficulties in implanting the green in cities, mainly because to the presence of urban facilities and especially the anthropic pressure that opts for advertising in commercial real estate as opposed to urban afforestation, assessed as an obstacle to trade visibility. Thus, this study aims to analyze an urban extract of the city of Goiania, located in the Brazilian Savannah, in order to detect the resulting of landscape suppression process in clash with commercial use with urban afforestation, creating a method that determines the index of tree suppression in the road system, by the transition from residential areas to commercial areas. The research result, which determined the aforementioned index, indicates that the expansion of business activities in the region corroborated with the population density and reduced the local arboreal composition.
