Resumo: Collective Narrative Practices offer non-pathologizing psychosocial care alternatives in challenging community contexts of deep social suffering, contributing for social movement and minimizing psychological colonization. Despite the social relevance of Collective Narrative Practices, it is noted that its character is recent and original, with little diffusion of theoretical-scientific studies about these practices. In this sense, this dissertation about Collective Narrative Practices allows to broaden the view of these practices from two distinctive researches: for a bibliographic review that analyzes how Collective Narrative Practices are carried out as psychosocial care intervention; and, for a theoretical essay that maps the practical motivations, theoretical-technical influences, organizing principles and methodologies of such practices. The first study pointed out how interventions are developed by coordinators, contexts and populations that are different from those originally proposed by their proponents, inviting reflection on the importance of articulating theoretical-technical foundations of these practices. The second study develop theoretical-practical systematization, offering aspiring and narrative therapists a foundation for the development of such practices. Such articles intersect and contribute to the scientific literature by presenting a complex overview of how narrative therapists use Collective Narrative Practices.
