Resumo: To conceptualize health as "a dynamic state of complete physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" (WHO) implies understanding the health / disease process as multifaceted and lacking a less fragmented treatment. Homeopathy, as a medical specialty, seeks the balance of Vital Energy in a natural and lasting way, with a holistic vision, where spirituality, religiosity and quality of life are related themes and were studied in this research. In the sample studied, twenty-three patients of Homeopathy were interviewed at two times: immediately before the first consultation and four months after starting the homeopathic treatment. CRE-CREN, CREN / CREP and CRE), a high index of religious-spiritual coping was observed by the participants, mainly CRE Positive, but without a statistically significant change in the two times. In the application of the Whoqol-Bref Scale, it was possible to observe a statistically significant increase of the mean scores in all domains (physical, psychological, social relations and environment) and Self-assessment of QoL (p <0.05) it was concluded that homeopathic therapy was an incisive factor to improve the quality of life of the participants, since it was the only therapy administered to them. New studies can confirm these findings, with the possibility of improvement also in religious-spiritual coping, with a longer time frame in longitudinal studies that favor the personal changes necessary for a significant change in the coping indexes.
